“Our Nation’s immigration laws are disrespected both by those who cross our borders illegally and by the businesses that hire those illegal immigrants.” ~Steve Israel, US Representative from New York

Illegal Immigration in 1964
Okay, I admit it. I’m cynical and even more paranoid. This whole Arizona immigration law, illegal alien, Cinco de Mayo, American vs. Mexican flag thing is more than giving me a headache, it’s giving me the creeps.
Today, I got an invitation to look at a website for Spanish teachers which reminded me of Instituto Cervantes, which is a great Spanish language resource to learn Spanish. So, I thought I’d share it. I made the mistake of posting it with: “Learn Spanish” and then the link.
HOLY CRAP!
Some people took it that I was saying they must learn Spanish. Another person got off on hispanics hating America. When I tried to remind this person that not all hispanics think alike, and that many are very patriotic of the United States and want to learn English, it deteriorated from there.
Why?
This past couple of weeks I’ve been watching TV and it’s been nonstop reporting on the Arizona Law, then the Cinco de Mayo fiasco with the students being sent home for wearing American flags on their tee shirts, another story of a student taking down a Mexican flag and getting suspended, marches, boycotts. Everyone is mad and it’s getting worse.
The conservatives and Republicans are calling for a crack down on illegal aliens. The liberals and Democrats are calling their opponents racists. Phoenix is the second worst city in the world regarding kidnapping. Another Arizona law enforcement official claims that all of last month’s high speed chases in his city or county involved illegal aliens. Politicians who ignored the problem are now jumping on the band wagon against illegal immigration. Others want to make it a racial issue. Each day tempers are rising and the situation is getting worse. I am afraid a travesty will soon happen.
But I said that I was paranoid. I have no facts to back up my claim (if you know of anything please leave a link in the comments), but I have this feeling that someone or some group is stirring the pot, making things worse, inciting anger and hatred. The issue is illegal aliens, but the crimes of these illegal aliens also revolve around illegal drugs.

Your Taxes At Work: Guarding the poppy fields, shipping drugs in, spying, arresting, and killing Americans (and their dogs).
The War on Drugs is the excuse for Mexico to be almost under martial law now. The drug war is also why the US government has increased its assaults on our freedoms (besides of course the War on Terror). Now, the question is, would an end in the Drug War end these problems or would tighter immigration?
Illegal immigrants come for the jobs, the better life, the benefits. Are they all criminals? Are they all involved in drug trafficking? Why do the drug runners come? Would they come if there were open borders? Would they come if there were closed borders? Would they come if we clamped down on welfare benefits to non-citizens? If you think about it, no matter what the US does, drug traffickers would still be committing their crimes. Why are the drug runners in the US? To make a profit, and why are they making so much of a profit? The War on Drugs.
We seem to be confusing two issues. Illegal drugs and illegal immigration. I’m not saying they are separate and unrelated, but I don’t think solving illegal immigration is going to stop the violent crimes that are blamed on illegal immigration. The violence is from the drug running and that will continue no matter what is done about illegal immigration.
Please think about what I’m saying instead of just reacting. I know this is highly emotional, but we are given the left/right, liberal/conservative, democratic/republican answers. Is there another way of looking at this?
Now here is the more insidious issue for me:
If you’ve been following the issue, you know all the accusation of racism, failure to enforce the law, hypocrisy (I’ve made that one), disloyalty and disrespect of America and its flag, etcetera. Americans distrust and fear each other more each day. There is one thing, however, that the two sides do agree on: clamp down on employers who hire illegal aliens.
Tighten the border and clamp down on employers.
Give amnesty but clamp down on employers.
Deport them and clamp down on employers.
Everyone seems to agree that we should clamp down on employers hiring illegal aliens. This would help solve the problem. If the aliens can’t work, they couldn’t stay. Jobs only for Americans. We already have to show proof of citizenship or legal residency, but it’s not enforced as tightly as it should be. Everyone seems to call for tighter enforcement. How could that be a bad idea?
There is a new program employers can enroll in called E-Verify operated by Homeland Security (that’s not a good sign). It really doesn’t matter how, but just think of the power the Federal Government would have over the US population if NO ONE could work unless their papers were in order?
If I write too much against the State, could I be listed like the TSA lists people on the no fly list? The State already makes it so that employees cannot withhold their taxes in protest. Taxes are immediately deducted. A crackdown on employers hiring illegal immigrants is a further attempt at controlling the American population, and in the name of immigration reform, everyone will not only accept it, but they will call for it.
The government has created the problem. People are calling for a solution. The government is happy to offer one, one that will give it more power, and the people will gladly put on another chain.
Make no mistake, the solution is about taxes and control of the US population, everything the US government wants.
“A welfare state is frightened of every poor person who tries to get in and every rich person who tries to get out.” ~ Harry Browne
Someday, some will want to get out. That’s going to get harder too.
Think about it.

It’s all a smoke screen to hide the bigger issue of one world government and complete control over the masses. You are absolutely spot on when you say:
“The government has created the problem. People are calling for a solution. The government is happy to offer one, one that will give it more power, and the people will gladly put on another chain.”
The people don’t realise how much power they have. You are not the PERSON on your birth certificate. The birth certificate represents a fictitious entity in your name, usually denoted in caps. This is separate from the living breathing sentient man. This means that all Acts, Statutes and so on do not apply to you. When the American people realise this and who they really are they will be free.
God created man either male or female; Man created government (including courts, banks and so on); Government created fiction/corporation ie your birth certificate. You are only answerable to God. The government is answerable to the people but it lies and deceives because it knows that once the people discover who they are the whole thing will fall apart. They can only control your fiction, but they make you believe you and your fiction are the same thing. our not!!!!!
This is why when you go to court the first thing they do is ask if you are Mr Joe Bloggs. You automatically agree. That is not you but your fiction/corporation but too late you have contracted with the courts and given them jurisdiction. Your name is not Mr Joe Bloggs it is Joe:Bloggs living breathing sentient man. They have no jurisdiction over you.
look up keywords such as strawman, birth bond, person as opposed to man, blacks law. Even the word summons they use means invitation in legalese. It’s a complete scam!
These people can only survive by feeding off the fear of others. 99% of the population lives in fear.

No, we need to conquer Mexico. Then all the Mexicans will be Americans, and we won’t have any immigration problems once we send 3 men to the southern Mexican border.
