Part 1
Judge Andrew Napolitano, Shepherd Smith, and Trace Gallagher, discuss the recently released torture memos of the Bush administration.
My respect for Shepherd Smith went way up after this. Trace Gallagher’s Orwellian use of language by changing torture memo to interrogation memo is typical of what’s going on in the country.
Part 2
Judge Napolitano and Ron Paul continue the discussion on the torture memos, and Ron Paul’s bill to audit the Federal Reserve, the TARP, economic Fascism.
Ron Paul speaks eloquently on the immorality of torture and the importance for the Rule of Law, and thus the need to prosecute everyone involved, including Bush and Cheney.
Part 3
Discussion of Ron Paul’s bill to audit the Federal Reserve, the TARP, economic Fascism, Secession, and Pastor Steve Anderson’s experience at the first of two check points.
Ron Paul also addresses the inflationary impact of the Federal Reserve System and the movement to audit it. People in the united States are waking up to its corrupting influence on the economy, government and society. I’m also pleased that they are talking about economic fascism. Everyone should see the dangers of his insidious relationship between government and corporations. This only benefits an elite group of people at the expense of the rest of the nation. This is not free-market capitalism. What’s really going on should be rejected but not free-market capitalism, because that’s has not been around since the Great Depression.
Secession is another topic and needs to be addressed. I agree that the possibility of secession might make the federal government pause in its unilateral actions. I am, however, more in favor of secession than Judge Napolitano and Ron Paul are. I think it would be better to have smaller states. Smaller states would give more options for people to chose their forms of government and lessen the growth of tyranny. The Leviathan State needs to be all encompassing, devouring all that it touches. World government or the New World Order would be that monster. Secession would help inhibit its growth.
Part 4
The continuation of Pastor Steve Anderson’s experience at the checkpoint on 9 February 2009 and his second more violent experience with the Border Patrol in Arizona on 14 April 2009. Judge Napolitano also discusses his case with his lawyer, Mark Victor.
This is outrageous, but it’s happening more and more. I find the apathy and criticism of Pastor Anderson uncooperativeness even more troubling. If this continues the nation will be lost to tyranny. If Americans have lost their love of Liberty and instead love security, then as Benjamen Franklin said, they will have lost both and deserved neither.
Part 5
Continuation of the discussion with Mark Victor, Pastor Steven Anderson’s lawyer, and James Bovard regarding Pastor Anderson’s beating and arrest at a road checkpoint by border agents. Judge Napolitano and Jim Bovard also discuss the so called Constitution Free Zone, the torture memos and the recent DHS memo about right-wing extremists.
How can there be such a thing as a Constitution Free Zone? Because we have allowed it. We can’t expect the government to stop it, we must learn our rights (I was going to write re-learn, but to be honest most never learned them in the first place.), and change things ourselves.
Part 6
James Bovard and Judge Napolitano discuss the paranoia of the government and the PATRIOT Act. Freedom Watch ends with Shelly Roche of Break the Matrix asks Judge Napolitano questions from Tweeters.
Napolitano reminds us of Orwell’s warning in “Politics and The English Language” that a mere change in a words definition can be fatal. He also encourages people to get involved. We must restore the constitutional Republic of the united States of America.
